Vitamins - which are the right ones?

I take a B complex, a multi-vitamin, garlic and calcium so I'm good. Every diet guru says take a multi-vitamin so I guess I have too and especially calcium for women. For more info, I found this article on webmd

One of my favorite food websites - The World's Best Foods.
I love all the nutritional facts and all the health benefits. Except for some reason they don't list blackberries or cherries. I've written them. There's a book out that I hope I get for my birthday.

Flossing

I've finally started flossing every day (you're supposed to do it twice a day but I don't see that happening.) Anyway, here's a whole article on that too. Apparently, gum disease can indicate diabetes and heart problems

I miss my pedometer and my Ipod. Sigh.

Also, Smart Dogs are awesome.
