
Personal Best
Despite having two beers and celebrating 2 birthdays yesterday, I managed to walk 24,000 + steps (that’s 11 miles) yesterday and go home and do 15 minutes of yoga. I ate almost 2400 calories but burned almost 700 which I think is pretty good.
Speaking of alcohol:

Finally, I found microwave popcorn that I can have that isn’t full of yucky and tastes good too. It’s the whole foods organic kids popcorn. It is much lower in fat and doesn’t have that weird chemical aftertaste
Stonyfield Frozen Yogurt
I’m not a huge fan of frozen yogurt but I swear to you, this stuff is very taste and low in fat.

I thought this was an interesting article. I do the AIDS Walk every year so maybe I’ll try using some of these tips. I would like to start my spring walks again, maybe a little walk/jog action.
