Meditation and Yoga

Both my doctor and my therapist suggested I try meditation and get back into yoga. Today was the first day. The yoga was only 20 minutes so that wasn't bad (I'm a lot stiffer than I remember being.) The meditation was difficult. Trying not to focus on things that I'm worried about was hard but I feel relaxed but not sleepy. I'm also going to try and make a vision board. It's sort like a big poster with all your hopes and aspirations. It sounds hoakey but it helps you focus on your goals.
